What is it?
Conversation Pro is a proven call recording technology, embedded into Microsoft’s Dynamics CRM 4.0 customer relationship software (CRM). Conversation Pro adds the power of any telephone system to Microsoft Dynamics CRM™ facilitating pre-populated screen pop of the CRM consol with caller or called party contact information. Knowing who is calling before answering the phone is only part of what a Conversation Pro powered Microsoft Dynamics CRM™ can do: Conversation Pro creates a recording of all calls in-and-out of any call or contact center. These recorded conversations are saved as voice documents within the familiar Microsoft Dynamics CRM™ consol. Conversation Pro documents are then attached to the contact profile for easy retrieval, review and dissemination via Microsoft Outlook as WAV file attachments.

How does it work?
Conversation Pro works using VoiceGate’s proven seamless computer telephony integration between Microsoft’s Dynamics CRM™ and your phone system to deliver:

Voice Documents
