What is it?
VoiceGate Voice Mail can assign an individual voice
mailbox to each employee within your company. It ensures that
messages are received accurately, privately and in detail.
It eliminates "telephone tag" and inaccurate message
slips. It allows users to customize greetings and messages
and you can also retrieve them remotely. Messages can be saved,
deleted or forwarded to another extension. The system will
even contact you at a remote location to tell you that a new
message is waiting for you. Messages may be marked as "urgent"
or "private" and the calling party can always return
to a live operator - no more "voice mail jail".
