Ease of Use
The VoiceGate WAV is conveniently administered using standard wave files that anyone can easily create. You won’t need a recording studio. You can record whatever you want right from your office whenever you like. You control the content and how you want your message to come across. The system allows you to play up to 3 different wave files each day. That’s 21 different wave files for the week (including weekends).

Flexibility
Perhaps you want your first wave file to start at 7:00 a.m. Monday morning and stop at 11:59. The second starts at 12:00 p.m. and ends at 4:59. The third starts at 5:00 and ends at 6:59 a.m. the next morning. Need a new message? No problem. Simply tell the VoiceGate WAV what file to play and when to play it.

Remote Programming
No problem. Just dial into the VoiceGate ICS. Send your new wave file and tell the VoiceGate WAV when to start playing. You can also pre-program an unlimited number of sites to play the same, high quality message all at the same time without leaving your desk – use a modem or network, VoiceGate supports both.
