Ever get off the phone and say, “Boy I wish I had a copy of that conversation?” Now this can be done on the fly with a copy of it delivered to your in-box minutes after you hang up the phone. VoiceGate sends a copy of the conversation in Wav file format to any e-mail account for easy inexpensive retrieval to desktop, server, floppy or VSB storage devices in Wav file. It can forward the e-mail or save it to a floppy or a VSB storage device, or pop it in their pocket and take it with them should they so desire. The popularity of this feature is the ease of administration and dissemination of recorded conversations. Tape recording devices are fine, but try to get that conversation into a device or format that everyone, anywhere, can play – that is the beauty of this product.
